ECOR composite panels

ECOR is an Advanced Environmental Composite Panel formed from the conversion of abundant cellulose fiber, pressure, and heat. Fibers are sourced from Old Corrugated Cardboard (OCC), Old News Print (ONP), office waste, forest waste, agricultural fiber, and even bovine process fiber. 

ECOR enables waste materials, ordinarily burned or landfilled, to be converted into a strong and exceptionally versatile structural composite panel from which thousands of high performance, environmentally superior, non-toxic, clean and healthy products for a myriad of applications and markets can be fabricated. 

ECOR was developed using principles of waste stream reduction and diversion with the goal of solving one of the world’s most challenging environmental problems - waste disposal and diversion.  ECOR is made from waste fiber, water, and heat.    

It is 100% bio-based, 100% comprised of recycled waste materials, 100% recyclable, and is cradle-to-cradle compliant.

ECOR FlatCOR – ECOR Brown

The ECOR FlatCOR line is a collection of ECOR composite panels that includes fibers sourced from Urban, Farm and Forest materials. ECOR panels are produced with water, heat and pressure and absolutely no additives. They are extremely rigid and strong, completely non-toxic, recycled and recyclable.

These ECOR can be used for many applications including interior graphics and displays, point of sale displays, signage, wayfinding, trade show displays and much more.

Standard thickness for panels is 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 5.0 mm, and 7.0 mm with 2.5 mm as the most common.  Different thicknesses are available with full truckload special and custom orders. You can also achieve a variety of thicknesses by adhering multiple ECOR panels to each other, creating multi-ply panels.

A single panel is 4 foot x 8 foot. This ECOR BROWN made from a fiber alloy of 100% recycled or old corrugated cardboard (OCC).

ECOR FlatCOR – ECOR White

The ECOR FlatCOR line is a collection of ECOR composite panels that includes fibers sourced from Urban, Farm and Forest materials. ECOR panels are produced with water, heat and pressure and absolutely no additives. They are extremely rigid and strong, completely non-toxic, recycled and recyclable.

These ECOR can be used for many applications including interior graphics and displays, point of sale displays, signage, wayfinding, trade show displays and much more.

A single panel is 2 foot x 8 foot. This ECOR Custom Fiber Alloy made from a fiber alloy of your customized waste stream and mixes of other cellulose waste. Examples include spent coffee grounds, spent brewers grain, old denim jeans, wheat straw and many others.
